Shipping policy

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to process. Please be sure to add this processing time to your shipping estimates. 

Please Note: Custom engraved items (Collar Charms & Jewlery) take the upper end of our processing window as they are done to order.

Once your order has been marked as shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. The below estimated time frames then kick into effect once the tracking is accepted.

Typically, you will receive your order within 10 business days. If express shipping is not available for your region, delivery may take 14-20 business days. Packages generally arrive in your destination country within 3 days before being handed over to a local carrier.

  • US Shipping 7-12 days
  • Hong Kong Shipping 3-5 days

Shipping is a grand adventure, and sometimes adventures hit a snag! While we’d love to guarantee the exact second your package arrives, things like grumpy weather, holidays, or a slow day at customs mean our shipping times are just best guesses. If your pet is in a "need it yesterday" hurry, we highly recommend choosing our Express FedEx method at checkout.

A quick heads-up on the "Oopsies":

  • Address Glitches: We can’t be responsible if a package gets lost because of a missing or incorrect address. We’ll double-check with you in the confirmation email, but if it still goes sideways, the invoice for reshipping will be on you.

  • The "Ghost" Delivery: If the tracking says "Delivered" but your porch is empty, don't panic! While we can't offer a refund in this specific scenario, we’ll do our absolute best to send a replacement at our discretion.

  • The "Gatekeepers": Pawsilk isn't responsible for import taxes or duties. If a package is refused or stuck at the border because of local customs, it’s out of our paws.
